Gift cards, Vouchers, Bonus Cards and Cookes Dollars Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when either purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, Voucher, Bonus Card or Cookes Dollars (“Voucher”) issued by Cookes Pools & Spas. Last updated 19/1/23.

1. General
1.1   Cookes Pools & Spas may amend these terms at any time without notice.

1.2   The current Terms can be viewed on the Cookes Pools & Spas website via www.cookes.com.au

1.3   The Voucher must be treated as cash; no refunds or replacement Vouchers will be issued due to the Voucher being lost or stolen.

2. Redemption
2.1   The Voucher can only be redeemed for products in the retail branch of Cookes Pools & Spas.

2.2   The Voucher cannot be redeemed as an account payment on to a credit account held with Cookes Pools & Spas.

2.3   The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other services offered by Cookes Pools & Spas.

2.4   The Voucher needs to be redeemed in one transaction.

2.5   No change will be given for any unused portion of the Voucher. Any unused portion will be forfeited.

2.6   The Voucher can be used as a part payment on a transaction which exceeds the value of the Voucher, however another method of payment is required to remit the balance of the transaction.

2.7   The Voucher cannot be used to purchase another Voucher.

2.8   Bonus card stamps will not accrue when redeeming a Voucher.

2.9   The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. Expiry
3.1   The expiry date of the Voucher is 3 years from the date of issue. If an exact date is not specified, the expiry date will be 3 years from the end of the month shown on the Voucher.

3.2   Any unused Vouchers after the expiry date will forfeit.

3.3   Vouchers will not be eligible for extension or re-issue after the expiry date.
